FREE user submission<\/strong> (users can send properties from their profile without any restrictions)<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. PAID submission<\/strong>, with extra fee for FEATURED listing (users pay a fee for each submission and they can also choose to pay an extra fee to have their listings featured, meaning always show on top).<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. MEMBERSHIP submission<\/strong> (what you can test on the demo). With this option enabled ADMIN can create packages by x days, x weeks, x months or x years and set a different fee for each package. Users can subscribe to a package (recurring or not) from User Dashboard.
